A Floral Vision for The Sloane Club
In July 2026, Hayton Posey was invited to collaborate with The Sloane Club on a two-day events photoshoot and Christmas showcase, creating floral design and tablescapes across the Club’s Lila and Venus spaces.
The brief gave us an opportunity to explore how floral design could transform the same spaces for different occasions. For the social celebrations, we created an elegant palette of whites and greens, with abundant florals running along the tables. The wedding concept introduced English-inspired blooms in soft pink, blush and peach, while the Christmas design took a richer, more atmospheric direction with burgundy and crimson flowers, layered greenery, fruit and candlelight. Each concept was developed specifically for the character of the space and the occasion it represented.
The project also called for meticulous coordination behind the scenes. Across two days, our team worked alongside the Club’s events, marketing and production teams to move between multiple room configurations, preparing each space for photography before transitioning seamlessly into the next setup. Floral deliveries were carefully timed around the shoot schedule, with installations prepared in advance where required so photography could begin immediately.
Tablescaping formed an important part of the visual story, with carefully considered linens, charger plates, chairs, glassware, candles, bud vases and personalised embroidered napkins complementing each floral concept. The result was a collection of settings that showed prospective clients the breadth of experiences that can be created within The Sloane Club’s event spaces.
The collaboration culminated in The Sloane Club’s Christmas in July showcase, where the styled spaces became part of the Club’s own sales and marketing experience for prospective event clients.
Following the collaboration, Hayton Posey was added to The Sloane Club’s preferred supplier recommendations for floral services. For us, it was a rewarding example of how thoughtful creative direction, beautiful design and precise execution can come together to help a luxury venue express the possibilities of its spaces.
